Everybody gets plaque & tartar buildup on their teeth from time to time, (mostly from saliva, food, and fluids combining and producing bacteria deposits) It may be a bit expensive to have it taken away particularly when you have to travel in order to go to the dentist to have it removed. When I was 12 my grandma told me a trick for removing plaque and I decided to post it online.
It’s simple and it can be done at home, anytime and the beauty about it is that you only need to use 3 ingredients you probably already have at home for sure.
You just have to stick to the instructions below and your teeth will DEFINITELY be the whitest they’ve been in a while.
Pour a teaspoon of common household salt into a small glass or mug.
Add about two teaspoons of baking soda to the salt.
Stir slowly after adding a teaspoon of water.
Put it on the toothbrush after having made a firm enough paste.
You can now brush your teeth using your homemade toothpaste.
Brush your teeth for three minutes and then rinse.
Repeat the procedure once or twice a day to keep plaque and dentist away.
If you haven’t tried this method before give it share so that your family and friends also know the grandma’s secret recipe on how to avoid the dentist.
